Connie Jo Marciniak

Connie Jo Marciniak, 72 of Klemme, IA, passed away peacefully on September 19, 2025, at her home in Klemme, IA, surrounded by her family.

    A public Celebration of Life and Remembrance visitation will be held Friday, September 26, 2025, from 5-7 PM at the Andrews Funeral Home, 528 East Main St., Klemme.  A brief Memorial Service and time of reflection will follow the visitation at the funeral home Friday at 7 PM.  The family will hold a private service at a later date and then Connie will be laid to rest in the Ell Township Cemetery in Klemme.

    Connie was born to Jim and Darlene Trenary of Kanawha, IA on September 16, 1953, in Belmond, IA.  After graduating high school in Kanawha, she attended LaJames College in Mason City and enjoyed hairstyling for a number of years until switching and becoming a Home Health Aide in Hancock County up until her retirement.

     Connie had two children from a previous marriage before marrying Jim Marciniak in November 1982 and together had two sons.  Connie's greatest joy in life was her husband, four children, and five grandchildren.

    Connie had a giving heart and would do anything for her family and community.  She volunteered in many church circles, was on the ambulance service in Garner and was on the Klemme Library committee.  She enjoyed spending time with her husband in the garden, raising chickens for eggs, feeding and watching the birds and cooking.  She was a great cook!

    Connie is preceded in death by her father, Jim Trenary, father-in-law John Marciniak and her granddaughter, Abbigale Marciniak.

    She is survived by her husband, Jim Marciniak of Klemme, her son Dustin (Maranda) Etter of Garner, her daughter Laura (Will) Etter-Beazley of Pleasanton, CA, her son James Marciniak of Klemme, her son Mike Marciniak of Garner, her mother Darlene Trenary of Kanawha, her brother Marv (Nancy) Trenary of Kanawha, as well as her grandchildren: Kalen, Marley, Nick, Collin and Rayann, and her nieces and nephew.  Those wishing to express their sympathies through a card or memorial in memory of Connie may direct them %Connie Marciniak Family, 508 Dakota St., Klemme, IA 50449.
