Kay Ruth Eginton passed away peacefully on August 25, 2025. A resident of Iowa City since 1952 and a graduate of the University of Iowa, Kay was born in Lake Mills, Iowa, in 1935. Kay's lifelong vocation was writing poetry.
She is preceded in death...
